Along with earring an outstanding GPA, Sabine also excelled on the soccer field. She was recognized by the California Collegiate Athletic Association as the Newcomer of the Year in 2017 and honorable mention for the conference team, named Team Captain for 2020 and voted as the Most Valuable Player by her teammates in 2018. What makes Sabine an outstanding athlete isn’t because she can score the most goals or defend the most shots, it’s the impact that she has on her teammates and those around her. Any teammate you speak to will tell you that Sabine is the smallest player on the field with the biggest impact, not necessarily by her great plays but by her poised yet hard working demeanor
