Milagros Ortega has been committed to serving the off-campus community at the HSU Off-Campus Housing Department. She has tackled working with students as she developed new skills of case management, and she has worked with our greater community of landlords, property managers, community partners and municipalities. As a dual-language provider, Milagros has enhanced Off-Campus Housing services for our Spanish speaking clients. Milagros has made significant contributions to the Department by creating Basic needs resource documents that can be found on our Off-Campus Housing Page and translating all of our client documents for incoming clients.
