Martin is a Kinesiology major and plans to get his Master's in adapted PE. He enjoys learning how the body reacts to creating new movement and even how new movements adjust or modify the body to perform the task at hand. Martin's strengths are his bunting ability and his ability to keep his team's motivation at a high level. He has excelled at both these aspects of the game. He is also responsible for finding fields to play on in rainy weather and coordinating conference games with opponents.

Martin is a true leader on and off the field. His enthusiasm is infectious and he knows how to get his teammates to try their best on the field. He also is a very friendly gentleman and puts others at ease with his kind demeanor. He always loves to learn something new and is OK to make mistakes - he also understands that everyone is going to make a mistake here and there and to just learn from the mistakes made on and off the field.
