Amanda has played an integral role in building a strong community around waste reduction on campus. She has increased effectiveness and reach through a systematic approach towards the administration of the organization, implementing procedures and practices that have increased communication and accountability among WRRAP staff members. Amanda has performed well with managing the program’s budget, with facilitating effective meetings, with interacting with Associated Students and overseeing a staff of peers. Her management of the program has led to a number of successes for the university over the last year.
